FP Holidays was conceived to redress our personal disappointment with the standard of many self-catering properties we have rented for holidays. We were tired of leaving our comfortable, civilised home, only to have to 'rough it' for our holiday, particularly where beds were concerned. We also did not like the unknown extra costs for lighting and heating.

So you will find that El Sueno is extremely well equipped and very comfortably furnished - even better than our own home! Our prices are inclusive of power, linen and towels.

(View of the sea and Son Parc sandy beach) Situated among the pine trees of the private, residential estate of Son Parc, less than 5 minutes by car to a beautiful vast sandy beach and a well known golf course and approx. 35 minutes to the airport. It is near to shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants. Villa rental costs can be found on a separate tariff. Car hire and golfing can be arranged. (View map)
The four double bedroomed villa has extensive terraces, a good sized swimming pool and a new paddling pool, all set in nearly 2,500 square metres of private grounds, giving great privacy, yet not isolated. No expence has been spared in furnishing and equipping the villa. All bedrooms have good quality, comfortable, pocket sprung divan beds and fitted wardrobes; the sitting area has relaxing settees, satellite TV, video and hi-fi, books and original works of art.

There are facilities for eating inside, on the openable glazed terrace with barbecue, or around the swimming pool. Plenty of garden furniture is provided. The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, double oven, full sized hob, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. An automatic washing machine, drying and ironing facilities are also provided. There are two full bathrooms with showers and one shower room, two double bedrooms being en-suite. Bed linen and towels are provided but not beach towels. The rental includes gas and electricity.

Low season holidays Menorca, having milder winters than the UK, is an attraction all year round. Christmas beach picnics and sea dipping have been known! If you like peace and quiet, enjoy walking exploring or bird watching, why not consider a low season holiday? El Sueno is welcoming, whatever the season or weather. There is a double glazed terrace to enjoy the sun and light with out any breeze; if it is too hot, all the doors and windows are openable. There is an open fire in the sitting area, a mobile gas heater and an electric heater in all bedrooms. All the beds have all-season duvets and there is even a hot water bottle for the softies! Low season rents are a bargain and there are more flights available than previously, so go on treat yourselves.
